The elements analyzed in this section are Sales, Transactions, Guest, Discount, % of Discount, ASPT – Avg Sales per Transaction and ASPH – Avg Sales per Head In DATA JEDI Sales data for Yesterday, MTD, YTD, Last Month, Last Year or Custom date range can be analyzed. Data can be filtered based on Region, Brand, Cluster, Store, Store status, Order Type, Day and Hour. DATA JEDI displays the Sales for selected period and it compares with the Budget and Last year. It gives the variance amount and the percentage for each. Such data analysis done for Transactions, Guest, Discount, % of Discount, ASPT and ASPH Along with the data displayed, the same plotted in graphs for better representation of trends and easy read. Pi chart gives the details by segments, such as Region, Outlets and Sales split of Dine Inn, Take Away and Delivery. To capture the peak and slow hours, the sales is plotted in graph on hourly sales section. Each of the graphs can be exported and can be converted in to images, enlarged to see the better representation. Each of the graphs can be opened in the Focus Mode with the full details for the dependencies and deeper analysis. Performance of each outlet compared in a table with all details in one window for a better view. Outlet performance includes the Sales, Budget, % of Variance, Last Year, % of LY variance, Discounts, Transactions, ASPH, ASPT and No of Guest Various payment methods analyzed based on Sales, % of sales contribution and Transactions Sales, % of sales contribution, Volume and % of vol contribution listed for Top Menu category, Top Menu item in Food, Top Menu item in Beverage and Over all Top Menu category and items. Delivery Ops module in DATA JEDI covers the delivery aspect of the business and has the section to select the period, such as Yesterday, MTD, YTD, Last Month, Last Year or Custom date range can be analyzed. Data can be filtered based on Region, Brand, Cluster, Store, Store status, Order Type, Day and Hour. Delivery Ops section displays the Sales for selected period and it compares with the Budget and Last year. It gives the variance amount and the percentage for each. Such data analysis done for Transactions, Discount, % of Discount, AOV ( Average Order Value) and AOPT ( Average Order Prep Time in min) Along with the data display, the same plotted in graphs for better representation of trends and easy read. AOPT Order prep time can be categorized in to various levels and the sales, transaction are plotted for effective view and decision-making. Prep time analysis done for brands with sales and Transaction with their % of contribution. Monthly Preptime data graph compares the trend in the slight delay and severe delay orders in volumes. Each of the graphs can be exported and can be converted in to images, enlarged to see the better representation. Each of the graphs can be opened in the Focus Mode with the full details for the dependencies and deeper analysis. Hourly plot of sales data for a given day and compared with LY results A table of Delivery Matrix by source / aggregator shows the Sales with the % contribution and compared with previous period. Top 5 Sources by sales volume plotted to analyze the trend. Order details with slight delay and sever delay are tabled to analyze at the order level data Sales, % of sales contribution, Volume and % of vol contribution listed for Top Menu category, Top Menu item in Food, Top Menu item in Beverage and Over all Top Menu category and items. Any of the menu items can be defined as packages inside or outside the POS system and the data for the same be analyzed for sales, volume and transactions. Hourly, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly sales and % sales contribution are available in graph.

Discount Amount, GSBD Gross sales before discount, % of Discount on Total Sales, Transactions are analyzed in this section and compared with Last Year and Budget along with the variance are calculated. Store wise discount details and variances displayed in a single window for easy comparison. Various discount packages are analyzed in a pi chart and top 10 displayed along with the performance of each discounts. Hourly graph displays the trend of discount applied on to the time of the day. Discount, % of contribution, Volume and % of vol contribution listed for Top Menu category, Top Menu item in Food, Top Menu item in Beverage and Over all Top Menu category and items. Last section on the Gross Sales Overview is graph of week wise, month wise, year wise performance of the Gross Sales BD.
